Our platform provides tools and frameworks for SOC 2 compliance, data governance assessments, and institutional risk evaluations.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you submit for assessment.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform to circumvent regulatory requirements or audit processes.
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.

3. Intellectual Property & Data Integrity

All platform software, methodologies, frameworks, and documentation are our exclusive property or licensed to us. Your use grants no ownership rights.

While we employ rigorous measures to ensure platform reliability, you retain all rights to your proprietary data. Our role is to assess its governance, not claim ownership.

4. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimer

The platform and its outputs (reports, assessments) are tools to aid your compliance journey. They do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of regulatory certification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.
